Warehouse Stage 1- Processing

Section cutting through

Processing Plant Perpective

The stage 1 warehouse will be an agricultural proccessing plant. The plant will receive and do all basic processing. The processing will be the initial processing for the textiles, and building materials. It will also do all the processing and storage for all the agriculture products and equipment.

The initial processing for textiles includes a burning process which allows easier fiber extraction. The fiber extraction is done by hand or using a soak to strip the fibers. Fom here the fibers are cleaned and detaingled. The threads will then be passed to the Textile plant.

The initial building materials process will include the cleaning, and stripping of the bamboo, and banana twine, as well as the storage for the banana sap. The bamboo will bee stipped, cleaned, and bundled then sent to the materials plant. The banana twine will be processed like the other fibers then sent to the fiber plant to be spun, and then sent to the materials plant as a filler for the paneling. The sap is leached from the banana plants, and stored in the dry storage.

Processing Warehouse Ground Floor

The agriculture will be brought in sorted and cleaned and placed into the cold storage. The cold storage is a system known as evaporation cooling. The colling is 2 pipes on either side of an underground room. The first pipe is a drip pipe that has a slow water dip. The second pipe is a fan pipe which has a fan that blows outward. This causes an evaporation process which cools the room. The cooling can be adjusted by increasing the flow of the fans. This  processing plus the underground lower temperature is able to be used for a temporary storage for the crops.

The dry storage area will be used to store everything from supplies to raw materials.
